Niall O'Connor After being awarded an Ulster academy contract for season 07/08 Niall was included in Ulster's pre season training squad. His training form secured selection for Ulster's pre season matches against leeds and Gloucester and Niall went on to start at number 10 in Ulster's first three matches of the Magners League.

A flyhalf with the necessary physical attributes to play at the highest level, Niall's rapid accent to first class rugby at the tender age of 20 is testament to his game appreciation skills. Niall's impressive goal kicking range and accuracy is mirrored in his tactical kicking ability. 

Comfortable taking the ball to the line, his combination of physical size, pace and evasive skills make him a constant threat to opposition defences. These offensive abilities combined with his confident in defense and natural distribution skills mark Niall as a star of the future.
