Jim Williams Success has followed Jim throughout his long playing and embryonic coaching career. He had an illustrious playing career captaining both the ACT Brumbies and Munster at provincial level, Australia at 7's as well as being a key member of the Wallabies during the golden era of the late 90's early 00's including the 1999 RWC victory.
A fiercely competitive player Jim's natural athletic ability, well developed skill set and instinctive rugby aptitude allowed Jim to play and excel in a range of positions. His all action and abrasive style made him a cult hero with the Munster fans where he has remained in a coaching capacity tasting immediate success by helping Munster to the coveted European Cup title in 2006 and 2008.
Jim was head hunted by the Australian national side and subsequently appointed as Assistant Coach in season 2008/09. Jim has been core to Australia's revival as a powerful force in the international arena.
