Bryan Young Primarily a loosehead, being able to prop on both sides of the scrum has made Bryan a valuable asset for both Ulster and Ireland.
A technically proficient and fierce scrummager Bryan's contribution in the lineout is precise. He combines this thorough understanding of set piece mechanics with an incredible mobility and work rate around the pitch.
In both offence and defence Bryan is equally comfortable doing the hard yards in the tight or carrying the ball and defending in the wider channels.
The consistency of Bryan's performances for Ulster led to his selection in Ireland's summer tour to New Zealand and Australia in 2005 where he won his first two international caps.
